Refund Policy

Last updated: October 2026

This policy explains the refund window, application details and payment refund methods for VPNJT subscriptions. Application and processing records are kept in support tickets in the user panel. For a specific order, check the order record and the related ticket replies for the latest status.

Refund Window and Eligibility

You may request a full refund for any reason within 60 days of your first payment. The window starts when the account's first payment is successfully completed. The payment time shown in the order record is used for verification. Renewals, upgrades or additional data package purchases do not restart the first-payment refund window.

You do not need to explain your experience or provide proof of a fault to request a refund. Submit a clear refund request through a support ticket within the window and keep a record of your submission. For monthly subscriptions, data packages or orders that include an upgrade, identify the order or orders to be handled so the payments and amounts already processed can be checked and duplicate refunds avoided.

Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date, and the price difference for a mid-cycle upgrade is converted into remaining days. Data packages remain available until used and do not expire. These usage rules do not change the refund window above.

Eligible Requests and Verification

Requests made within the window due to connection experience, changing needs or plan selection are covered by the no-questions-asked refund policy. Normal data usage or connecting multiple devices is not, by itself, grounds to deny a refund, and normal use does not result in a prorated deduction from a full refund.

Orders outside the application window, amounts already refunded and orders with unsuccessful payments are not eligible for the full-refund process within this window. If the charge and order statuses do not match, first check whether the transaction was completed; an order not showing as successful does not, by itself, establish what happened to the payment.

Records of unusually high usage, suspected account violations, payment disputes or unclear order ownership may require a review of the specific facts. This policy does not set an unpublished data-usage threshold for deductions; a review does not automatically cancel refund eligibility. The decision should state its basis, and you may add information or request a review in the original ticket.

How to Apply and What to Include

Log in to the user panel, open the support ticket page and submit a refund request. Include the relevant order number, plan or data package name, payment time, payment method and proof of payment that can help verify the transaction. If multiple orders are involved, list them separately to avoid combining renewals, upgrades and the first payment into one transaction.

Payment screenshots should include only the details needed to verify the order; you may hide unrelated information. Do not share your account password, subscription link, payment password, wallet private key or recovery phrase. An email address is not required for the account, and refund discussions can take place through support tickets in the panel.

After submitting your request, check the reply and provide any additional information in the original ticket rather than creating duplicate requests. If you cannot log in, see the Help Center and Contact Us pages for available support options.

Refund Methods and Payment Differences

Alipay and WeChat Pay refunds are generally returned to the original payment method. Check the payment provider's records for the actual refund status. If the original transaction cannot be refunded directly, the reason should be explained in a support ticket and the next steps confirmed; funds should not be redirected to another recipient without confirmation.

USDT transfers are handled differently from Alipay and WeChat Pay and cannot use the same direct refund process. The original transaction record, transfer network and receiving address must be checked in a support ticket, and the refund method confirmed. The address must match the network; check that it can receive the transfer before providing it.

If network fees, amount verification or payment restrictions apply, the basis for handling should be explained and confirmed first. This page does not promise unspecified fee rules, exchange rates or additional compensation, and wallet access credentials will never be requested.

Tracking a Refund and Next Steps

Refund timing depends on order verification, payment provider processing and on-chain confirmations. The time you submit a request is not the time the refund arrives. VPNJT does not set a standard refund arrival time on this page; ticket replies provide updates on progress, any additional information needed and refund records.

If a ticket shows that a refund was sent but it has not arrived, first check the original payment method or the relevant wallet record, then submit a query in the original ticket. Once a refund is complete, the subscription or data benefits associated with that order end; check the status of other orders separately.

For plan usage rules, see the Terms of Service. For information about data handling, see the Privacy Policy. If you have questions about the refund amount, method or verification decision, keep your order record and continue the discussion in the original ticket.
