Choose a
route for your cross-border needs

First identify the service you want to access, then choose a region and route type. The window below is an interface preview, not a live connection test.

When streaming in the evening or handling online tasks during peak hours, a route’s sustained performance is more useful than a one-off speed test. Start with your target region and compare the experience on IEPL dedicated, routed and direct connections. Check page loading, video buffering and whether long sessions remain smooth. VPNJT lets you choose a region and route type in the same flow, making it easy to keep both a preferred route and a backup. Your experience also depends on your local network, ISP and the service you’re accessing. Choose based on the times you actually use it, not a single speed reading.

VPNJT uses bank-grade encryption as a foundation for connection security. For everyday safety, manage your account password, subscription link and device permissions separately. Use your password to access the user panel and your subscription link to load route settings in the client; keep both secure. On public Wi-Fi, confirm the client is connected as expected before handling tasks that require an account login. An encrypted connection does not replace a website’s own security measures or device updates. Protecting both your connection and your account helps reduce information exposure during use.

Work on documents from a computer, stream video on a tablet and look things up on a mobile device—all with the same account and subscription configuration, with no limit on simultaneously connected devices. VPNJT supports Windows, Android, iOS, macOS and Linux, so there’s no need to choose a separate service when switching platforms. Configure the client on each device, then confirm the region and connection mode after importing. Keep your plan’s data allowance in mind when using multiple devices, especially with background downloads and video streaming. Unlimited devices refers to the number of connected devices, not unlimited data. Avoid sharing subscription credentials publicly.

Before using ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini, check the region rules for the service and choose the corresponding exit region. Being able to open the site, sign in and use its features are separate checks. VPNJT offers a choice of international routes, making it easier to keep the exit region consistent during long-form writing, file uploads or extended conversations. During a session, stick with a route you’ve confirmed works rather than switching regions repeatedly. Account eligibility, payment rules and platform risk controls are still determined by the service; a route connection does not replace permission to use the platform.

Netflix, Disney+ and other streaming services determine available content based on exit region, account benefits and licensing. Before choosing a route, identify the region where the title is available, then verify playback instead of checking only whether the home page opens. High-quality video also depends on your local network, device and streaming plan. VPNJT routes can be used for these viewing scenarios, but availability of every regional catalog is not guaranteed. If playback fails, note the platform message and use the viewing guide to distinguish region, account and connection issues.

Before choosing a subscription service, test the scenarios you use most on your own network. VPNJT offers a 60-day refund policy, so you can check your experience with work sites, AI tools, video playback and switching between devices. During testing, note the region, client platform and any messages you see to help distinguish local configuration issues from route problems. For support, open a ticket from the user panel and submit a request in line with the refund policy. Refund terms are separate from billing details for monthly plans and data packs. See the policy page for application rules, and don’t rely on the status shown in the decorative interface preview.

Destination and route type

Global route selection

VPNJT covers 110+ countries with 250+ routes. When choosing a region, first check where the service you want is available, then consider whether your usual tasks need a sustained connection or only brief access. Popular websites, AI tools and video platforms each have different requirements, and the same route may perform differently across services. The table below explains how to read regions and route types. City names are examples for identifying regions; see the user panel for currently available routes.

IEPL dedicated, routed and direct connections describe different ways a network path is organized. The name alone doesn’t guarantee that one route will be faster. Keep a preferred route for your target region and have an alternative ready. When troubleshooting, change one setting at a time: first confirm your local network works, then check the client connection status, and finally test the target website or player. This makes it easier to identify where the issue occurs.

Route status reference

The figures below are illustrative route status references, not test results from your device. After choosing a route, verify the connection with the service you need to access. Your local network and time of use also affect the experience.

“Available in this region” and “playable with your account” are not the same thing on streaming platforms. For more on catalogs, video quality and error messages, read the streaming guide; see the AI guide for AI tool access rules.

Clients and subscriptions

Get a client for your platform

Sign in to the user panel to get a subscription; an active plan is required to access the client download links. Marketing pages don’t provide installers or direct subscription links. For initial setup, check your device’s operating system, then open the client downloads section in the panel and follow the instructions for your platform. Configure the client again if you switch devices, and never share your subscription link on a public page or in a group.

The connection mode in your client determines which apps use the selected route. After importing your settings, test a familiar website first, then try an AI tool or streaming service. If your browser works but another app doesn’t, check whether it uses the system proxy, has kept an old connection, or needs a different client mode. For the full setup process, see the getting started guide. For account and connection issues, visit the Help Center.

Windows

After importing a subscription on desktop, check the connection mode for your work and browsing needs. Sign in to get a subscription; an active plan is required to access client downloads.

Android

Confirm network connection permissions when prompted by your system, then choose a target region after importing. Sign in to get a subscription; an active plan is required to access client downloads.

Get the client

iOS

Follow the iOS instructions in the panel to get a client and add the connection configuration as prompted. Sign in to get a subscription; an active plan is required to access the client.

Get the client

macOS

After setup, check the system proxy and how your apps connect to avoid conflicts with old settings. Sign in to get a subscription; an active plan is required to access the client.

Get the client

Linux

Read the panel instructions for your system, then test your browser and commonly used apps after importing. Sign in to get a subscription; an active plan is required to access client downloads.

Subscriptions and updates

A subscription is how the client retrieves route settings. After updating the configuration, check your usual routes and keep your account credentials and subscription link secure.

Monthly plans and data packs

If you use the service consistently and your monthly needs are fairly predictable, start by comparing the data allowances on monthly plans. If you use it less often and want unused data to remain available, consider a data pack. When choosing, factor in video streaming, file downloads and background activity across devices—not just how often you open the client. VPNJT monthly plan data resets each month on the activation date; when you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days.

All monthly plans support unlimited simultaneous devices and come with a 60-day refund policy. Payment methods include Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. No email required: create an account with a username and password, then view plans, orders and subscription details in the user panel. The cards below show monthly prices and included data only; they don’t make unverified claims about device counts or usage scenarios.

Use it occasionally? Explore non-expiring data packs

¥158 / 300GB · ¥358 / 1000GB · ¥658 / 3000GB

Data packs remain valid until used and never expire. The difference from a monthly plan is how the data is used; a data pack’s price should not be treated as the cost of a single month. If you use the service continuously, consider a monthly plan. If you only need it for occasional cross-border tasks, explore data packs based on your needs. Start by identifying your main tasks so you don’t focus on the total data allowance alone and overlook how often you use it.

For how to request a refund and the applicable terms, read the refund policy. To check an order or plan status, sign in to the user panel and review your records, then submit a ticket with details. Never post your account password or subscription link on a public page.

How to use and choose

Subscription setup and security guide

First understand how subscription links work with clients, then import your settings and verify the connection. If speeds are an issue, distinguish between your local network, selected route and target website. When comparing services, test on the same device and at similar times. The articles below cover subscription setup, account security and speed testing, helping you break a failed connection into issues you can check one by one.

VPNJT presents plan prices, region selection and account tools separately: compare data allowances on the plans page, learn about route categories on the servers page, and manage subscriptions and orders in the user panel. This makes it easy to confirm what you need before setup, while existing users can go straight to downloads or support tickets. The articles offer troubleshooting and selection methods; they don’t replace platform account rules or real-world access checks.
